Warren Danielson, Founder + Principal, heads Global Digerati, LLC, an operations management consulting firm working with global companies on strategies and solutions to support growth, performance and profitability. Global Digerati’s Fortune 100 clients represent a varied group of industries and sectors including energy (nuclear, oil and gas), manufacturing, engineering, construction and marine (shipbuilding, maintenance & repair). DOING: Warren is currently leveraging his experience helping senior leadership and their organizations in a Fortune 3 company develop mastery in the areas of strategic planning, operational improvements, sustainability and continuos innovation. He has worked at several international locations, at multiple facilities and has helped organization’s develop and implement many world class processes. His current professional affiliations include the Association of Management Consultants, Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC), the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), the National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP) and the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE).

DONE: Warren has spent the past 6 years consulting with Fortune 5 Companies along with Federal Government leadership developing high performance teams, as well as designing and implementing change in those complex organizations. During the 4 years prior to forming Global Digerati,LLC Mr. Danielson was Vice President at CES, Inc., a large Engineering Services organization. Prior to that engagement, Warren spent over 25 years managing nuclear submarine maintenance and large complex engineering projects. Mr. Danielson’s first consulting project was as the client’s Team Leader on a large KPMG project for the U.S. Navy. Warren thrives at helping solve complicated problems. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration, with post-graduate work in business management. He holds an MBA degree from Trinity University.
